Privacy Policy

Geeky Things is a small independent UK seller. This policy explains how we use personal information through our website, marketplace activity and private business tools.
Information we use
When you buy from or contact Geeky Things through a marketplace, that marketplace may provide the details needed to fulfil and support your order, such as your name, delivery information, order details and messages. Our private Shop Manager can read our own Etsy shop, listing, order, sales and review data through Etsy's authorised API. It does not ask customers or other sellers for API credentials.
Our social integrations use authorised business-account identifiers, media and post information needed to prepare and publish content for Geeky Things. They are not offered as a public sign-in service.
How we use information
- To make, deliver and support orders.
- To keep our catalogue, stock and marketplace listings accurate.
- To meet accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and legal obligations.
- To operate and secure our private seller and social-management tools.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where needed to run the business, such as with the marketplace through which an order was placed, delivery providers, and infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. Access to private tools is restricted and credentials are stored securely. Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for these purposes or required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can manage information held by Etsy, Meta or another platform through that platform's privacy controls. You may also ask Geeky Things to access, correct or delete information we control, subject to legal retention requirements. Email contact@geekythings.co.uk.
Cookies
This public information site does not use advertising cookies. Links to Etsy and social platforms open services with their own privacy and cookie policies.
