These terms cover the public Geeky Things website and the private applications used to manage the GeekyThingsUK business.

Public website

The website provides general information and links to third-party marketplaces and social platforms. Purchases made through those services are also governed by their terms and the terms shown on the relevant product listing.

Private applications

Geeky Things Shop Manager and our social-management integrations are private, in-house tools for the owner and authorised colleagues. They are not offered to the public or to other marketplace sellers. Unauthorised access, interference, automated probing or misuse is prohibited.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep information accurate and services available, but content may change and the site or private tools may occasionally be unavailable. Nothing on this information site is professional advice. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Geeky Things branding, photographs, product designs and site content belong to Geeky Things and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
